Here’s two ways to Dalgona your drink!

The first one is your classic dalgona coffee drink with the thick beautiful coffee fluff on top. The second one, is a chocolate drink which a kick off caffeine in it. The instant coffee powder really does some magic to make the whole mix fluffy!

Prep Time — 10 minutes each

Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp – Hot water
  • 2 tbsp – Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp – Instant coffee powder
  • 200 milk

Directions

  • In a small bowl add in all the ingredients
  • Whisk or use an electric beater till the whole mix becomes fluffy
  • In a glass cup of your choice, add some ice
  • Add milk till 3/4th of the way to the brim. You can sweeten the milk with 2 or 3 tbsp of sugar prior to pouring in, depending on how sweet you want the milk to be.
  • Add in the coffee mix on top of the milk slowly
  • Stir in and serve!

Dalgona Chocolate Drink

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp – Whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp – Instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp – Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp – Cocoa powder

Directions

  • In a small bowl add in all the ingredients together.
  • Whisk or use an electric beater till the mix is fluffy.
  • In a glass cup of your choice, drizzle some chocolate syrup inside (optional) and then add some ice
  • Pour in the milk till 3/4th of the way up to the brim. You can sweeten the milk with 2 or 3 tbsp of sugar prior to pouring in, depending on how sweet you want the milk to be
  • Add in the coffee mix on top of the milk slowly
  • Stir in and serve!
